Last April 5th the final conference of NEW WORK CULTURE took place, our project on flexible working and "hybrid" environments which involved 7 partners from as many European countries, France, Poland, Holland, Belgium, Cyprus and Spain, in addition to Italy represented by Medoro. The meeting took place in collaboration with the Alcantara Residence, Arces College of Merit, a cultural center that is very attentive to the integral education of the person, with particular reference to young people. In the presence of around 30 participants - including trainers, managers, professionals and students - after the introduction by the director of the Residence Paolo Romano we moved on to the presentation of the project results by the project manager Giacomo Giusto.
It was then the turn of Giovanni Lo Faro, Regional President of AIDP - Italian Association for Personnel Management and manager of G-Group, and Alessia Ciccarello, Chief Legal & People Officer of @CreationDose, to propose some interesting reflections on current events and the near future of the different and numerous forms of flexible work practiced (formally and informally) in many corporate and professional realities as well as on flexibility as a highly attractive element for young generations approaching the world of work, as also emerged in the brief exchange of ideas among the participants with whom the meeting ended.
