The NWC project is based on the idea that professionals, workers and human resources in general need to acquire the skills and soft skills to adapt to a changing world of work. The NWC project therefore aims to develop the know-how to face the new digital challenges of the world of work, with particular regard to the adoption of the different forms of flexible work, for the benefit of trainers, workers and human resources professionals. Workplaces are in fact becoming more flexible and diversified and in this new context characterized by rapid technological advances, fueled by the COVID 19 crisis, companies have had to accelerate digitization and change their organizational and relational models. To this end, the NWC project has developed: - A training kit consisting of teaching materials to help VET trainers carry out their teaching activities and develop skills for flexible working. - A guide to train managers and HR experts within organizations on how to work more efficiently with employees, even in remote environments - A series of 35 good practices and real-world case studies from different countries to inspire employers and employees. - an e-learning portal for the interactive use of the aforementioned tools
